Not the best customer service. After telling the front staff how to spell my last name over 3 different times...they still couldn't get it right and I had a hard time logging into my patient portal because of it. Also, I had something unexpected come up and had to cancel my appointment and they informed me of a $25 cancellation charge. 
I understand it's "your office policy" but how do you charge someone a cancellation fee?!?! Stuff comes up, emergencies, things that take priority over a doctor visit....how am I supposed to cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance if I have NO IDEA something was going to happen. Won't make another appointment and won't recommend this place.

I was expecting to be a few mins late because of all the flooding in the streets from Hurricane Harvery so I called way ahead my appointment to notify them, they told me no problem at all get here when you can and that was the end of the call. When I arrived there exactly 10 minutes late I filled out all the paperwork work and sat down next thing I know I'm waiting for 30 mins and people are being called by the nurses and I'm just sitting there. So I went up to the front desk and asked how long do I still have to wait and she said you're file is right there with the nurse they should call you soon I said great, no problem. Mind you I had something going on that was extremely painful. So I keep waiting and the 30 minutes becomes an hour wait, and they are just calling EVERYONE to the back including the people that came in way after me by that time I was extremely frustrated. So I went up to the front again and asked what's going I have been waiting for a long time she said that the person you called and spoke to here should have told you that we will have to see everyone that came after you first because you were late I told her no one told me that and I was only late for 10 mins that's not fair. I sat back down and after waiting 1 hour and 22 minutes to be exact I went up to the front again and told her I was done waiting that is ridiculous when am I going to see the doctor I'm in a lot of pain. She assured me I was next. I waited another 10 mins until I got inside with the nurse, she took me to the room and I had to wait almost another 10 mins to see the doctor. So total 1hr and 42 mins wait till I saw the doctor. I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. Not to mention when I left the doctor said we will give you antibiotic SAMPLES so you don't have to get them from the pharmacy, so when I went to check out the receptionist charged me $50 for 9 pills mind you the bottle clearly states NOT for sale but I wanted to get out asap

They had scheduled my appt for 7/21@ 1130, when I got there they gave me a BS line that they changed my appt without telling me. So now aftet paying for a baby sitter for nothing, I will go find another Demotigist. I dont appreciate this BS

I suffer from a bad case of psoriasis. Dr Hunter and her staff are amazing. On a couple occasions she wasn't in and I had to see another Dr. All with the same result. Very friendly and print service. Also spend the time with you to make sure you are informed.  I've have to make last minute appointments and most of the time they've worked me in. Might have to wait if I was worked in but, I was seen. By far the most caring staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'd recommend this facility to everyone.

Dr Joe and his staff were wonderful!  He answered all my questions and listened carefully. I have already referred a friend!
