These guys said they attempted delivery.  We were home all day.  They lie and they don't answer their phone.  It rings once and automatically goes to a busy signal.

Repeatedly they do not deliver my Amazon prime purchases within the two day shipment.  Say due to weather even though there's no storm.

Been waiting for a package that has been held in the wharehouse I guess and they couldnt even call to tell me they wouldnt even attempt again. I gave the driver specific instructions and he lied and did not follow them. Now i have to drive all the way to Benicia just to pick up my packages.

HUGE complaint about this shipping company: I purchased a 27" UHD 4K monitor through an Amazon third-party seller. It was received and sitting outside for 2 weeks because the shipping company threw it over the fence on the side of the house that has no gate! They had to walk through bushes to get to the 6 foot fence, and then toss it over (there is no entry on that side of the house). Box laid exactly where it was for two weeks and a couple of rainy storms, 100% soaked and soggy. I only discovered the box after looking at the tracking information online and saw that it was "signed for by the FENCE ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE". Unbelievable! Miraculously, the internal packaging kept it dry and it still worked after all of this! I have lots of pictures if you'd like me to send them to you. The driver should be FIRED!
