Had great experience getting a car for my son. Salesman (Ray Lee) is very nice guy and helped us through the negotiation process, without a hard sell. Everyone that we met was friendly and helpful. We had a firm budget and Ray was able to get us into a great car within it. They have a service department on the grounds and the dealership is located in a nice area of New Jersey. If you're interested in an Acura, I recommend speaking with Ray Lee. He's very knowledgeable and treated us well, while stepping us through the process. Buying a car is one of my least favorite experiences, but Ray made it quick and painless, which is high praise.

I brought my little sister to get her first car here and our salesman Ray was amazing! At first we were a bit scared of what to expect since we had a budget but they worked really hard to get the price down to something we could afford. it was a quick and fun experience ! The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Ray & the Managers for getting my little sister into the car she really wanted !

Working with Tito Delgado was one of the best experiences we have had in buying a car. He was gracious, knowledgeable and accommodating. I can't say enough about his professionalism. I sincerely hope to be doing business with him again in the future.

Open Road Acura provides me with  excellent experience in owning and leasing a car from them.  My sale person Raymond Lee has been up front with me and took the time to answer my questions.  I wasn't never pressured to buy or push in any way to final a sale.  I really like that approach.  I end up trading in the RDX for a newer and fully loaded one.   So far... I feel i got a excellent offer.

Very pleasant experience. As painful as car buying could be, buying a car from Open Road Acura was not as painful as I expected. Granted, I am a very educated consumer and I did come prepared, which I recommend for anyone who is looking for a car. Walked in, meet Mike Young, asked for a $number I wanted dealer to beat, got a response in 15 min, done deal. Michael Young was the sales person. Seemed like a straight shooter, open communicator. I kept waiting for a gotcha, but it never came. Everything that I was told from the start of the conversation was as agreed. Overall, great experience.
