The service here is top notch. The only thing I want car buying to be is painless. I was not hassled as soon as I walked in all my questions were answered politely and knowledgeably. When I'm dropping thousands of dollars the last thing I want is harassment. There is a great selection of jeep, Chrysler, and dodge cars. Also a decent amount of used cars. I've always liked Jeeps and I will buy another car here.

I have purchased many cars and by far this was the best experience I have had. Everyone was very helpful and I really feel like they did everything they could for me. Fist time I did not walk away from a dealership feeling like people were trying to take advantage of me. Dawn is great and really makes you feel comfortable.

My experience with their Sales Dept was a good one. However, their Service Dept is another story. It's hard to get a hold of them via telephone even after leaving messages for a call back. It's also difficult to get appointments within a week of calling unless it's mid-day. The Service Dept performed maintenance on my vehicle one day, and after arriving home I noticed a 2x4 wedged under my car. My nephew who is also a mechanic at a car dealership advised they use these 2x4's at times when the car is on the lift. He also mentioned it should have definitely been removed before returning they returned the vehicle to me. If this 2x4 would have come off while driving, there would have been the potential for a lot of damage as well as injury. I cringe when calling for a service appointment. I will now consider going to Princeton for my service appointment. It's farther than I would like to drive but at this point, I've had it up to 'here' with this dealership.

Manny Lopez was my Salesman. He was great, we leased a brand new Durango. The dealership was getting ready to close for the night and they all stayed later for us to close on our deal. They didn't rush us out and they were very professional. I would recommend this dealership and the employees to everyone I know. I am very happy with my experience. I love my new truck and Manny was great. It was snowing, and he stood in the lot with me while I decided which color I wanted, trying to pick between three different ones. When it came time to doing my paperwork, David was very nice. Dawn stayed to teach me all of the different functions of the truck, and Jesus was very helpful as well. I went in a few weeks ago looking to trade in my car and lease a Jeep. I was referred by a friend who had purchased her vehicles from Route 18 in the past. We live in Brooklyn and we both have had bad experiences with dealerships here. We set up an appointment with Matt Bruno. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford and Matt really went above and beyond to meet my expectations, he even suggested switching insurance companies to reduce my rate. He was right, it worked. Matt provided excellent customer service and made sure I got exactly the car I wanted at a pretty great price. He knows his customers and when I said I wanted to drive off with a car that day, he made sure I did. Sophia in the finance dept. also made the experience so much easier, she explains everything clearly and concisely, she also helped to get me a great rate from the bank. Matt and Sophia provide excellent customer service and Route 18 CJDR exceed my expectations! Thank you!!
