I'd recently purchased a new pair of frames from a different optometrist's office, but they weren't fitting well, leaving me in constant pain. I'd gone back to that office to have them readjusted four separate times, but despite their best efforts, nothing seemed to help. So I decided to take my frames someplace else and see if I had better luck. After looking at reviews of Optical Matters, I called to see if they'd be willing to help me out. They said "Yes. Just come by and ask for Mark." I did. Despite the fact that I wasn't yet a patient of theirs and hadn't even spent so much as a dollar on their business, Mark took the time to listen and understand the issues I was experiencing with my frames, and then used his expertise to make some adjustments for me. Thank you, Mark and Optical Matters for generously offering your time and expertise to help me. I may not have been a customer before, but I certainly will be in the future. Thank you!

Always timely and provides information on different products. Makes each appointment personal and re-evaluates from the beginning. Contact prices were comparable to online options. Very professional and a wonderful atmosphere.

Very happy and pleased with the service of Dr Gosling. I recently relocated here and I needed to check my eyes. I have a serious problem with my left eye since my childhood. He listened to me carefully. He was attentive to my condition, he checked my both eyes for more than 40 min. And he gave me the best healthy advice. He has a good team collaborating with him they made my experience easy and smooth.

I will definitely recommend him for you and since yesterday he became my lifetime eye doctor as long as I live here.

My family and I have gone to Dr Gosling for over a decade. We've never had a bad experience. He really cares about his patients (pretty rare these days). We LOVE him!

I have been with Dr. Gosling for a few years and I have always been amazed by the excellent care and service both by him and his team.  I would strongly recommend this provider.
