I took my van in at 8am after having made and appointment and asking that my van be ready for pick up by 1pm. This is my work van. I called at 1pm and asked for an update about my van. I was told it would not be ready until end of day.  I was told that they were waiting for a part. I was never received a phone call telling me that they had to order a part. I could not wait. I had appointments lined up for the afternoon.  That is why I brought it in at 8am to help ensure that the work would be done before I started my appointments. I could not wait. I picked up my van. I will have to take it to someplace that can complete the work in a reasonable amount of time.

My family has used these folks for years!  I haven't been by there in a while because I live further north now, but even after all this time they are reliable, trustworthy, and overall good at what they do.  They have always been friendly, informative, patient, reasonable with their pricing and provide quality thorough work.  The whole team is awesome and friendly, with a special shout-out to Bob who even after-hours took a moment to take my call and answer my questions when I needed advice on my old car getting trashed in a hail storm and being in the market for a new(used) car (granted I know not to expect that someone will answer a call after-hours, but it was great to speak with Bob and get insights that were helpful for me).  These guys are top-notch!

Good for quick car repairs and maintenance but if needing major repairs than I would go to the actual car's service lot
