First of all, this is the Statesboro, GA facility and unless you are someone who does not have emotions RUN!! Secondly, the one star is only because you are forced to choose before you can be heard...guess they have to have something other than a ZERO star, however, based on the other reviews and my own,  that's exactly what they should receive. Next, I'm not sure of the quality of care from the Doctors because I will be going somewhere else based on the LACK of personal service from PUBLIC SERVICE employees.  I could not be more disappointed and astonished at so many people waiting to be  served by these "professionals" and that  injured patients had to tolerate the front desk and APPOINTMENT SCHEDULERS that work here.   How shameful to treat people that are in need of PAIN MANAGEMENT!!!! Surely their insurance will not pay to see someone else. Note to staff:  YOU are there to HELP people.  That is YOUR JOB. Just because you apparently HATE this job which is evident from your rude attitudes and treatment of people that are already in PAIN, you should find something more suitable for your personality...like a deep sea explorer where you can't be heard and won't abuse the sea life that will eat you if you offend them.  Shame on you and shame on the DOCTORS WHO CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS/THOUSANDS of dollars for allowing this OFFENSIVE SERVICE!!!!

Wouldn’t let me leave a review without selecting atleast 1 star. Optim is horrible, The doctors (atleast the ones I’ve dealt with) Don’t really seem to know what they are doing. The receptionist (All of them) are VERY rude also. I had a spinal fusion about 1.5 years ago and it made things 💯 worse. Got referred to pain management by my surgeon, After a shot of dye in the spinal cord and a CT scan. Saw the pain management “Doctor “, Was given pain meds and a back injection. Meds helped very little and injection made pain worse. It’s been like pulling teeth trying to get an appt scheduled to get back in to see the “Doctor “ they schedule me 4-5 weeks out then email and call to reschedule 5-6 times appointments that I am unable to attend. My wife and I have both had enough of their BS! I called Chatham Orthopaedics today, The receptionists was very friendly and scheduled me for an appointment 2 days from now. It’s really gonna be a chore trying to get my records from optim to take with me since they couldn’t care less about their patients. I’m in hopes that the Doctor at Chatham can do an X-ray and we can correct what optim has done. Long story short, I strongly advise anyone needing corrective surgery or Doctors and staff that are knowledgeable and friendly to avoid OPTIM ORTHOPEDICS!

Tried to schedule an appointment, lady on the phone was rude and literally start ironically laughing at the way i was talking to her. Reported her through their website for discrimination (my english is not my first language, hence her rudeness). What kind of place is this? Bunch of amateurs got together to make some money? This is the only icon I can picture about this place, after my experience with them. This is a very dangerous place to go considering they are suppose to be professionals (DOCTORS). Flea market! Stay away from them people, for your own good.

Wonderful doctors and nurses but the reception staff is really snobby and unprofessional. Be prepared to be looked down upon.

After multiple calls to the office and multiple messages left just to schedule a new patient appointment and now after a week still no call back. I was able to call Chatham orthopedic and spoke to someone right then and was schedule appointment next week. I will never refer to them bc obviously they don’t need new business!!!!!
