I have been using this chiropractor for several years now! The doctors and staff are so caring, friendly, and professional! They have helped me overcome some serious health obstacles and I am so grateful and appreciative for what they have done for me! Dr. Katie and Dr. Alivia are always there if you need to be seen! They help you not only physically but give very good advice on everything from nutritional counseling to different types of at home exercises to try to keep you as pain free as possible! They have morning, afternoon, and evening appointments which has been very convenient for me! This office is always bright, cheerful, and very clean! There's no other place that I would recommend! I feel like I get the best care here and I trust them wholeheartedly! They also have a gym located directly next door! The gym is modern, bright, clean, reasonably priced, and has very nice members! I have created friendships and bonds with each staff member and I honestly can't say enough good things about them! They're the best around!

I love this place. I pay a lot less than the 24 seven gym I was going to before and Optimal feels like my own home gym. always clean. Great equipment. Large variety of free weights. Not to mention chiropractic care and massage therapy and a health store all in one.

Dr. Katie and her staff are wonderful. My whole family has been treated by her for 4 years now. I have gone to her for advice throughout both of my pregnancies, to care for my children since birth and to care for my fiance after he fell and broke his back at work. We especially love the selection of quality nutrition supplements. The gym is always clean and the trainers are very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a Chiropractor or a gym no one in the area compares.

It is a wonderful family and children oriented facility. The doctors and staff are so welcoming! We love the nutritional store. It has the all natural supplements we need for our family and the best part it also has a 24 hour gym connected to it! The gym is very clean and never overcrowded! More people should come up and sign up and take advantage of everything they offer!

 I would recommend this place to anyone!! From the first second when you walk in, its visually appealing because the office is well kept and you have Josh's smiling face to great you! The wait time is next to nothing even when busy because they always seem to have things running smoothly and great communication! First stop is the hydro rolling beds ( which are awesome!) and you have either Melisssa, Rose, or Marilyn to help you. All of those ladies are wonderful to talk too and extremely pleasant! Both doctors are great and each have their own characteristics to make it a pleasant experience! Dr Corey with his calm demeanor makes you feel relaxed and stress free. Dr Katie with her upbeat, cheerful disposition just makes you happy! I have felt ten times better going there and it's also great their is a 24 hour private gym right next door! This place has so much to offer and it's worth looking into!  Check it out- you will not regret it!
