To be honest, some of the staff is not only unhelpful but downright rude. The level of care really depends on who's working when you go. I only use this facility in emergencies when I need to see someone but cannot get in to see my doctor

In and out 30 minutes. I arrived at a time where they were not busy on purpose. Staff was very pleasant and kind. Liked it so much more than med express!
