Had my very first infusion, ever, at Option Care Health- Bellingham. The whole process was seamless. The nurse was friendly, attentive, and very skilled. I was comfortable the whole time. I even found out they'll do my labs! Now I don't have to make an extra appointment for that. I definitely recommend them and will always go there for my future infusions. Thanks, nurse Kate, see you soon!

We have been using option care for years getting my sons feeding tube supplies. Everything has always been on time, and the staff is extremely friendly. Thank you Donna for being so amazing.

Nurse did not arrive until 2 hours past scheduled time - which had negative ramifications for my terminally ill fathers health as well as his quality of life - ie time to spend with his family. Communication with the company was poor. There was no notification that the nurse would be late. It took multiple calls to the answering service before anyone called us back - and over an hour before we received a call back.

Although initial communication was difficult, once we established care with the company we were impressed with the responsiveness and expertise of the nurses, particularly, Kate and Michele. They were empathetic, patient and professional. Thank you.

Outstanding nurses, Hannah made my daughter's first infusion in a new state and in a non-hospital setting from a cause for stress into a calm relaxing time. Thank you, Hannah.
