I'm not sure why this place exists. They can't fill all of my father in law's prescriptions, can't fill mine at all and I get the impression they generally hire pharmacists who weren't good enough to do anything else. The rest of the staff seems to occasionally rise to the level of mild apathy in their helpfulness, but today settled on surly and argumentative.
 The somewhat bare shelves today were somehow also chaotic and poorly organized and everything I tried to purchase was incorrectly price tagged in the aisles. When I pointed this out, the cashier started with arguing a completely different point and at no time tried to even listen to me. There is nothing unique in the store and less than a 5 minute drive away I got what I wanted, for the price marked, after being helped by polite helpful people. 
 So I see no reason for this store or for that matter this company to exist as this attitude seems endemic to the company. I walked into the downtown location and it was so dingy and old fashioned I was afraid to touch anything for fear I might get something weird and old timey like polio... or scurvy.

Tom and James are exemplary pharmacists.  They take the time and effort to know their customers, and they definitely go way above and beyond when dealing with doctors and the often frustrating quagmire of medical insurance. The whole crew at Rite Aid Northwest is exceptional, and we are very loyal to this location due to their efforts.

It's a Rite Aid. So... Clean... Bunch of stuff... Rx. 

Basically like the rest, a bit sterile, but fine.
