Story

Orange County Emergency Pet Clinic operates two full-service pet emergency clinics: one in Fullerton and one in Garden Grove. We focus solely on providing high-quality, after-hours pet emergency care for car accidents, dog fights, trauma, poisonings, emergency C-sections, and any other pet emergency. We also provide overnight monitoring and care for pets referred by area veterinarians. We are open when your regular veterinarian is closed to ensure access to high-quality care whenever your pet needs it.

We took our little dog there after she was hit by a car. The staff showed care and kindness towards her. Unfortunately she did not survive. The next week we received the most beautiful card from them expressing their sympathy. It was signed by the entire staff. We were deeply touched.

DO NOT TAKE ANY ANIMALS HERE!!!!

I rate this place 0 stars due to the following:  On 7/2, my dog, Taffy was attacked by a coyote in our backyard.  We took her to this facility since it is the closest to our home and Taffy was actively bleeding and having difficulty breathing.  There was one person in the lobby.  We were REFUSED service by the receptionist, who stated they were too busy.  We asked to have a tech or someone check on our baby.  She again refused and gave us a paper with another facility's address.  She stated we need to take the animal there over 20 minutes away.  I asked at least 3 times for her to call the facility to make sure they could treat our animal.  She refused me.  My husband got involved and she reluctantly called.   She was rude and VERY UNHELPFUL.  Taffy died of internal injuries -- basically, she bleed out.  

The next day I called and spoke to the office manager.  She said she would look into it and get back to me.  Well, as you can guess, I have not heard from anyone.

Please do not bring your pet to this place, I had the horrific experience of having my min pin dog ran over by a car, as you might imagine I was horrified and desperate to get my dog help, I looked for a 24 Hr. Pet hospital and this is th
L@e first one to come up I took cookie there hoping the injuries were not too severe, paid for the x rays and bloodwork in addition to the pain medication, finally Dr Adan Rivera came out to give me the prognosis, he informed me that her injuries were severe and that there was nothing else they could do there that he could refer me to another clinic with an orthopedic surgeon ( This the only good thing they did here that and the pain shot)   but that he though the surgery would be complicated, expensive and the recovery. Would be long and painful that the humane thing to do would be to pot her to sleep, of course at an additional cost.  I decided that I would take her to the other clinic and get a seconds opinion and then a third exhausting all options before making that heart wrenching decision, after turning in the 
x ray and bloodwork results the orthopedic Dr. told me that he's that he could do the surgery, that it was a fairly common surgery, that yes the recovery Would be long but not painful, when I told him that the other doctor had suggested I put her to sleep he was shocked, shook his head and didn't say anything else, the surgery cost me $5500 plus the $1000 they got from me art this clinic for overnight care and too tell me to put her down, right now cookie is recovering from the surgery in the best hands at the southern California specialty hospital getting ready to come home and enjoy the rest of her life, please about this clinic at all cost( pun  intended) there are better 24 hrs. options out there.

Nice staff, great vet but a bit pricey. Brought my dog here after a case of pancreatitis. Dr. You was patient and provided information on what had happened. My dog is alive!

Dr. You and his medical team WAS FABULOUS. I brought my 16 yr old husky (Cody) to him who was bleeding profusely from the nose due to late stage cancer.  They cared for Cody as if he was their own.  I am forever grateful to them.....THANK YOU DR. YOU ☺
