They work hard to make sure you're commute is a good one and they are constantly trying to improve the system to better suit the public and it's continues changes.

Absolutely horrible operational efficiency. Takes two hours to go 7 miles in the Anaheim area. The system needs to improve operational efficiency. The system does not need cutbacks. It needs to be supported to succeed. The system needs to be set up to succeed at its efficiency of operation.

Quick super friendly service. I thought it was gonna be like going to DMV lol i was very wrong. No lines and was in and out in 7 minutes.

Just horrible service for example the driver was on her cell phone while driving yesterday. Bus was late today & next bus passed passenger's by today all before 7am. Take Lyft that's what I'm doing. Reported OCTA.
