I had heard good things from a friend about Orange Energy Solutions. My appointment was with John Kelly for an estimate on a renovation job in Philadelphia. I was very pleased with the professionalism during the meeting. However, I was informed that I would receive a detailed estimate within the next couple of weeks. After two weeks, I emailed John to follow up. He informed that I would get a response, he simply need to "finish end of the year projects." After a month, I still haven't heard back. Simply declining the job would have been a better use of my time.

Praise for supervisor, Rich, who personally came to help his team on a project at my home that turned out to be more than expected. I overheard him speaking to a member of his team saying, "We are not lazy. We do a good job." I really appreciate that attitude and his leadership to ensure quality work!

Orange insulated our house following an energy audit, 3 years ago, and replaced 5 windows.  Their work was professional, on time, and VERY effective!  Our house has been really comfortable year round, and our utility bills low.
