I have to say Mitch was AWESOME!!!! Great guy, came out to my place very fast, spent time with me while showing me what my door would look like, even bringing a sample of the inner workings of the door. Thank you!
Joe the installer was AWESOME as well, really detail about his work, he wasn't happy with the color of the capping he had and wanted to come back a few days later with the right color. I'm very,very, very pleased with the new slider door and the install as well. I would certainly recommend Quality Window and Door!!!!

So, after interviewing two of the most widely known window and door contractors in the area, I invited the guys from Thermal Quality to come talk to us about our window replacement project at our house to get their estimate.  They seemed to think it was no problem, and here's a rough estimate. The only problem was that they were half what the first two contractors I interviewed quoted me.  So, I looked at him and said, how can you be THIS much less expensive than the other guys?  They said point blank, "I know those guys, and they do good work, but they spend millions in advertising, so they have to cover their overhead costs."

So, I gave Thermal Quality a shot and the quality of materials and installation workmanship were fantastic.  I saved enough I've had them back for two more projects with similar high quality results.

Give them a try, you won't regret it.

This company is awesome. Literally, the sweetest, most professional sales people and installers that I have ever met. The ONLY reason that I gave the company a "4" instead of a "5" is due to a mix up with one of the installers. The window couldn't be installed on the date we selected, but Mitch worked VERY HARD to ensure that the next day (a weekend day where every other installer was booked), we would have our window installed. The installer, Mitch, and our salesman, John S. Came to visit during installment day. I really appreciate the level of service and commitment displayed by this company. It is unparalleled.

I am getting a new entry door and back door from the company soon. I absolutely loved working with them and their office team. From John S. Visiting with us multiple times to the installment efforts by Mitch, the company provided great service.

We used Thermal Quality about 10 years ago for windows. Mitch came out and walked us through everything. The experience was easy and stress free. When we moved to our new house we needed a new door and windows. We knew exactly who to call. Mitch came out and it was like seeing an old friend! Another stress free experience. Mike and Joe came out on a Saturday and installed everything in one day. They came back on Sunday and finished up capping and trim. We could not recommend them enough. Call Thermal Quality first! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Mitch, mike and Joe.

Recommended! Knowledgeable, professional sales personnel. They will answer any questions or concerns. I also obtained quotes from Anderson Renewal & Home Depot. Obviously Anderson's quote was 3 times the price.  Home Depot was nominally less and seemed an inferior product. The installers were super efficient and did a professional job. Very nice fellows. They cleaned up well after installation.
