Very nice location and set up. Right on the river, alligators nearby but not a threat, stay out of the water. Great place to kayak to see the manatees in the Orange River. There is some management unrest with changes anticipated. Much to do in and out of park esp. ceramics is popular.

I've been doing some work in this Mobile Home Park, it has a GREAT location, right on the caloosahatche. If it's fishing you desire, this is the place for you! Also, there are many great residents that live here, most are very warm and inviting. And the homes are well taken care of. But if you want one on the water it can be very pricey!
