Be aware that when you schedule a court date to be put on a time payment arrangement that you will be charged a 30 dollar plus fee for court.
I was initially misinformed on the amount due on a ticket I received. 
I lost the hard copy ticket & went to the court cashier in person, was told my ticket was 60 dollars. Because I did not have that much on me, I Made a court date to make a payment arrangement so that the ticket fee would not increase due to not paying on time.
I was not told that I would be charged a court fee, was also misinformed of the ticket fee. My ticket was actually only 40.00. 
Had I known that, I could have afforded that, but the cashier told me 60.

A week later, I went to my court date, in hopes that he would give me an extra two weeks to pay the 60 dollars.
 I saw Judge Hackett who spoke so quickly, won't let you get in a word edgewise. 
The female judge, forgot her name is a lot more patient.
I felt that I could not comprehend what was being said. Before I knew it, I was whisked out to the cashier window to sign the time payment arrangement.
 After further examination and reading the agreement, that's when I found out my ticket was just 40 dollars prior to attending court. So, now I owe 70 dollars in two weeks.
 I can barely afford to pay rent, barely afford to get new work shoes...all of this because of being misinformed on how much my ticket was.
