This comment is directed towards the FAMILY DIVISION.  It's sad and extremely frustrating to see that individuals that are employed to work with people on what may be very sensitive matters, are so unprofessional and rude. (NOT ALL) but, quite a few. Young men(my son)find it very overwhelming to have to appear and deal with staff at this location. Instead of employees displaying neutral professionalism and courtesy they choose to be sarcastic, beligerent and unwilling to do their jobs. There is obviously no consequence for this type of behavior.  I say that because when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to a nonexisting extension. Higher ups need to take the time to expose and correct this type of interaction  with the public.

Had court here the other day and this place just sucks , the people there are no help what so ever and the judge took 3 hours 
3 HOURS !!!! 
my appt was at 830am and i ended up leaving at 1145am . i had to get back to my child fast so i kept asking the secretary for information because it was just ridiculous , ive never taken over an hour at court in my life !!
3 hours for a case that never even happened because the other party didnt even show !!!

Over the phone especially in the Special Civil Part and in person employees attitude are gross and can make a dog puke on how rude they act, why come to work? If you don't like your job simply quit it's that simple! Please to the employees there stop acting like miserable pigs!

The officer in place at check in should be fired.  I hate people like him.  Like you are Forcing us to do something.
