Orange Park Smiles

I can't stand the dentist, but I have been so happy since switching to Orange Park Smile. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and always super helpful answering all of my questions about insurance and or dental care. Dr. Reed is wonderful and puts his patients at ease. I came from a previous dentist who wanted to do a lot of work on my mouth and kept saying I needed work (which wasn't true). Dr. Reed fixed the crown that was put on incorrectly by my previous office and now I have not problems. Dr. Reed does;t try to upscale you on treatments that you dot need, which is extremely refreshing. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist in the Jacksonville/Orange Park area. They will take great care of you!

I would recommend Dr. Reed The place is very clean The receptionist on the phone was very helpful in finding an appointment time that fit around my busy schedule. They were able to see me for a semi-annual cleaning on somewhat short notice. The cleaning was done in a timely manner and I was in and out. Definitely one of the best dentist offices I have been to.

I needed a cavity filled asap and they were able to fit me right in. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family who are in need of any dental procedures, They were extremely friendly and the environment is very welcoming. Dr. Reed really took his time to make sure I understood after care instructions and was really helpful and able to answer any questions I had about the procedure.

Wouldn't recommend Dr Reed, his work is less the standard, the one time he did work, the tooth failed in days due to drilling to thin, and then still charged full price. I ended up having to have an implant done.
