Dr. Yumul is pretty good. But secretary is incompetent and makes things twice as hard as should be. I try to explain many problems I've had to Dr. Yumul and she covers for her staff over taking my word. I'm mainly trying to switch Dr.s because she is always overbooked and I can't get in or have a phone call returned.

Dr Yumul is great! Unfortunately, the staff (especially Mary) is completely clueless about insurance and the way it works.

Dr. Yumul and her staff are extremely courteous and professional. Dionne and Mary are sincere, knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for competent, quality mental health care.

Wow....just got off the phone with them. I am in a very bad place looking for help. The woman I talked to sounded extremely unprofessional and has no clue about insurance practices. The rudeness and ignorance I was just hit with was unbelievable.

The staff is very unprofessional. These people are supposed to help their clients, not refuse service to a patient who was begging for help. The receptionists, Miss Mary and Miss Deon at the front desk were literally yelling at my mother for begging them for help to get her an appointment sooner than July but when the company that took over the business did so, they are treating all old, long time coming patients as new patients. She was begging you for help and you refused her any help. I highly suggest getting new receptionists who can handle the patients that are calling in. Beyond unprofessional, and I will not EVER recommend this place out.
