In light of the recent water disaster OWASA has put themselves in the "criminally negligent" category as far as I can tell. They behave in the same manner as those same water utility managers in Flint Michigan, they just haven't done as much damage (yet) as they have. If citizens desire any kind of change from OWASA - good luck - they won't get it because the actual institution of OWASA is a kangaroo board, chartered by the former utility owner University of North Carolina....whose charter now is to hold kangaroo meetings, using kangaroo science to wage legitimate biological warfare against the people's health and other organic systems through the introduction of hydrofluorosilicic acid to the water supply.

Over the years I have known several OWASA personnel. I must admit in retrospect that they didn't strike me as terribly competent. This latest Fluoride/Water Main fiasco bears out my suspicions....

They dumped too much flouride in the water, tried to borrow water from a neighboring city, and possibly poisoned 80,000 customers. Hello, Flint Michigan. Two massive public health blunders in one week. Time to fire everyone.
