I love OTF. The workouts are always different and the coaches really push you to do your best. You can't get stuck in a rut ( which sometimes can be easy with going to the gym and doing the same routine). The coaches make it different and motivating each class.

The energy is what I love most about OTF. It all starts with the coaches and each one has their own way of pushing you towards your best results. They are all approachable and make sure your form is correct for each exercise.

I like the concept of splat points, it's logical, provides results and gives confidence to pursue fitness goals. Had a bitter experience after being a member for 18 months at this location. Management sucks, Was told that money won in a studio challenge can be used for studio/monthly payments but they changed the terms after winning that it cannot be used. The reason was change in manager and policy afterwards :(. I had to move to a different state and the location transfer process is a big hassle as well.

Love Orangetheory but not this location. If you attend here - make sure you check your credit card for random charges of classes you never attended! Then be prepared to dispute the charges for a week and never receive a call back from a manager. Management is unprofessional!!
