I found Orangetheory Fitness a year ago at the Algonquin College's Fitness Expo looking for a placement opportunity. Ended up getting a job instead. Best job IN THE WORLD!! It's not easy to find a passion for the place you work at a young age but definitely OTF changed that "myth" for me. The workouts DO work. They got scientific research to back it up. Worth the free try 100%. Everyone is so nice and caring and loving. Not only the staff but the members who are here are absolute gems & a pleasure to see everyday. Please take one hour of your day to try THE BEST 1 HOUR WORKOUT IN THE WORLD.

This place is addictive! I could never stay motivated enough to go to gym regularly for more than a month or two and my goal when signing up for Orangefitness was to go 2-3 times a week. Sofar, I'm going 4-5 times and my evenings feel empty if I can't make it there...it's very intense and challenging but doable even for people out of shape like me. The workouts change all the time so it's not too repetitive and the pace of the classes is fast so it doesn't feel boring. I find it expensive but I'm also getting so much more out of every workout than any other physical activity I have tried in the last years. Great staff and coaches- they make it feel not too intimidating for newbies like me and are great at motivating people at different levels of fitness. Highly recommended!

I have been a member of Orange Theory South Keys since it opened. It is an amazing workout and I have been able to see the results even though I am only able to go once a week. The trainers and staff are professional, enthusiastic and encouraging. If they had a location downtown, I'd give up my Goodlife membership.

I cannot say enough good things about Orange Theory Fitness! It is a very fun, welcoming and positive environment! The workouts are challenging but doable and the fantastic coaches are there to guide and motivate you. I have made great progress towards my fitness goals at OTF!

I have been a member for over a year, and am working on hitting my 300 classes mark! That says a lot for how amazing they are. The trainers and staff know you on a personal level, your goals are their goals. Also since it is such a small studio (that's NOT a negative point) you fellow gymgoers become so much more than that. OTF is a great place to be, and that's why I love going there!
