After eleven years of providing quality Pilates training in both apparatus and mat classes, The Pilates Studio at Los Gatos Ballet (formerly known as Los Gatos Pilates) expanded to its new location on University Avenue between Roberts Rd and Blossom Hill Rd. The new location provides a boutique apparatus room which hosts classes from 1 to 4 people, promoting focused attention on form and execution. There are also 2 large studios in which mat and fitness classes are conducted, focusing on form, flow, and cardio.
