The BEST 1 hour workout there is! The coaches are great, the energy keeps you motivated, the variety in exercises keeps you from getting stuck in a rut or bored. This is my happy place!

I like the fact that no two classes are ever the same! It's a great workout, but if you find you can't keep up that particular day, it's ok. You are encouraged to keep pushing yourself as much as you can. The workout is a constant switch-up, which is awesome for keeping your motivated and interested. Most of all, I really appreciate the positivity of the atmosphere and the staff. I highly recommend!

I always look forward to my workouts, as each is different from the next. Each and every member of the staff is amiable and supportive. I love OTF Lakewood Ranch!
