Love this place, people & the unique workouts I get.  Gym hours are very flexible too!  The owner Mike IS a SAINT........working w/financially challenged people like myself!!!!!!! The workouts aren't for the weak or wimpy!  I say to ALL: Give Title a try, 1st workout is on the house!!!! I GUARANTEE you'll be hooked after that.  If your not in gr8 shape I suggest just doing boxing classes first & work up to kickboxing.  I'm 5'5", Weight: 210, I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back, a new 6 month old right total hip & a surgically repaired ACL & MCL of my left knee.  Bottom line is I'm NOT in a gr8 shape but, I'm getting there!  Had gastric sleeve almost a year ago & lost 89 lbs so far! Could have lost more if it wasn't for my arthritic hip I had to replace.  Sorry to ramble but I REALLY love Title & it's Personal Trainers & so do my 15 & 20 yo!

Visited this club this past week as a traveling member of my local club....Clean, bright, welcoming atmosphere!

Chris, the trainer, motivated and encouraged, while keeping it fun!  Had a great time!
