David is a crook, He did a whole bunch of illegal crap with the ownership just so that he could make a sale because his connections at the banks are terrible. If we had known at the time what he was doing was illegal, we would not have ever purchased this vehicle not to mention that afterwards we had to switch the ownership on the vehicle and pay for a safety and new sticker just under 5 months later and had to threaten to call the police because he was going to try and make us pay tax on the vehicle a second time if i had not mentioned the police on a $15000 vehicle. The day he had made arrangements for us to pick up the vehicle he did not answer the phone claiming he was too busy selling a car to a nice young girl. I had gotten insurance on the vehicle a few days prior expecting it to be ready although it took 8 days for him to have the vehicle safety done even though the car was not a special order and was a sale off the lot. My boyfriend and I are both only 25/ 24 and bought abother vehicle at the Ford dealership earlier that year and didn't have any issues as they did things properly. Hence why we went to a dealership where we thought things would be done legitimitally. When it came time to have the vehicle re safety and emissions done he told us it wasn't his problem even though it was the dealerships mistake. I am going to be reporting him and letting better business bureaux know. Do not send your friends and family to this dealership as they will rip you off and slap on any fee possible. Crooks with terrible customer service.

Hated it. I saw a car for $9500 I was told the car was gonna cost me $10000 making payments at about 6% and that it still had 2 years left of warranty on it. So i made a $1000 downpayment. Once i started filling out paperwork the car cost me over 16k. And i ended up paying for 2 years for warranty. It was my first car and i felt taken advantage of becuase of it. Dont recomend buying a car here. Also i bought the car with a broken stereo which they said they would fix. Then when i come pick up the car it didnt work so i had to come back and make an appointment to get that fixed again. I drove 1.5hrs there and 1.5hrs back 3 times for my car.

I came in here a while ago thanks to a website that directed me. I walked in the door and was asked what I wanted. I told the salesman that I wanted something manual and something not in Mitsubishi's signature red, and that both of these would be a dealbreaker. I already had a car from the website picked out, but when I brought it up I was ignored. The salesman then "showed" me (and by show I mean opened the door and let me sit in it for about 30 seconds) a red automatic Lancer. He then drug me back inside, not letting me drive it, and wrote up an application. Thankfully I didn't have my papers and had an excuse to leave, but before I even got home I was called and told that I "was approved at 15% interest" even though they didn't have my paystubs and it was almost 10pm. Since the visit almost a year ago I've been telling people to stay clear of this place and for good reason

Bought a used 2012 Lancer SE AWC. Had two problems with my purchase. 1st is small in that the E-Brake was non functional due to the rear brakes being so worn down. Shouldn't have passed its MTO safety inspection. And the second issue was the sneaky price adjustment upon pick-up of the car. After initially signing an agreement on price and terms a few days prior to pick-up, I was told they had to redo the paperwork because I didn't do a trade in like expected. Which was fine, i signed the new contract assuming the the details were the same and drove the car home. Upon further review, days later, I noticed an additional $1000 was added onto the final sale price. Upon calling up the dealer and asking why these extra charges were snuck onto the contract, I was told it was due to me getting a lower interest rate than expected, so $500 was added onto my principal, and that $500 was for safety and e-test, which in the previous contract was already covered in the cost. Overall friendly service, but afterwards it felt like it was all a show. I understand it was my own fault I didn't pay enough attention while signing a contract. This is just a heads up to anyone looking at a car their. Look elsewhere and if you do find a car their you like pay attention to the contract. The car itself was good just be wary of the price you're paying.
