Service department is top notch. Alex Portelli and Daniel Mariani as well as Christina were excellent in my recent upgrade. Although the upgrade took longer than expected, they were available and communicative throughout. Also, I received a discount for my troubles on top of this. I agree that the sales department can be aloof, but you have to remember that these people likely deal with gawkers and tourists on an everyday basis. Once I made it clear that I was serious about buying they were excellent.

This is a fantastic facility and filled with dedicated staff who all offer a very personal experience. 
 It's likely Anyone who gave this dealership or its staff Anything below a 5 star rating, is either not a owner of their vehicles or a serious buyer I'm very sorry to say, as both myself and several of my friends who I brought to purchase vehicles have all encountered the highest level of service from both the sales and service departments. 
I have even witnessed Many parents bring their children in just to browse or take pictures with the vehicles, and they always seem to be treated with the utmost curtesy. 
I was a little nervous at first about purchasing such a vehicle and the having to deal with the service department, but they have always been more then fair in looking after all my needs. 
A special thank you to Ken in Ferrari service for always going above and beyond for his clients.

I have purchased both a Ferrari and Maserati here. After sales service is absolutely awful! They never address the concerns properly, nothing seems to be covered under warranty. It's too bad they are the only option in Ontario. Called for servicing today 3 separate times and was put on hold each time for over 5 minutes, then told that no one is available. I left a message and no return call. I'll be looking for servicing elsewhere. They have the monopoly and treat you like you have no choice. Don't take their word for anything! Get it in writing! If you buy a used vehicle here and they sell you the "warranty" make sure you get the paperwork to ensure you actually got what you paid for!
