A no-frills place, the Orchard was staffed by friendly and efficient "Fay". Our double rooms were "Old Skool" but had everything needed to make a comfortable stay. While an older facility it was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. The price is right too. Access to several decent restaurants, within walking distance, was a big plus for our group. I am happy we stayed here and saved quite a bit of money.

Honestly it was kind of bad, when we walked into the room it smelt nasty, the room didn't look very clean, the water tasted like the room which tasted nasty, there's no light except for 2 lamps, but one of our lamps were broken so it was very dim, we also had to fix the tv ourselves.

Very nice motel. it was very clean and cozy. enjoyed the TV.

We checked into 2 rooms. One room was relatively clean. The other was somewhat dirty: the shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it and needed to be replaced, the shower did not drain well, and a smoker had been in the room previously and the smell of smoke and chemicals permeated the room. The remote control for the television was oily and smelled of smoke. A pump bottle of handsoap (like you probably have in your bathroom at home) was by the sink and in the shower. The staff was very friendly, and the direct tv had many channels to enjoy. The beds were soft, clean and comfortable. We paid $35 for each room, which is about as cheap as they come.
