If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've gotten my nails done here multiple times before. Yesterday I went and got a guy who did TERRIBLE work. Couldn't even file my nails right. They are now filed crooked. He was mean as a snake. Never ever going back to orchid day spa. :-)

I went and had my toes done yesterday not a full pedicure only to get my cuticle done and a polish.  A polish I never get done, but decided to this time.  How, the young lady that use to do mine pedicure, move to California 🙁 so the owner sister in law did my toes.  She knew nothing it was a waste of my money.  They have so many new people that look lost.  When I went to,pay for the service it was $20.00, I know it's $10.00 for the cuticles, but $10.00 for a polish what a rip off.  I could have gotten a whole pedicure. I will never go back and have been a regular for a long time.  No more Orchard for me!  Mad as heck!  They don't deserve a one star, I wish there was a zero I could hit!

Good pedicures. But I love having the sns powder on my nails. When they did the powder nail stuff here it was crooked on my nail. They do not do a good job on nails here.

Horrible customer service. There are WAY too many nail shops in the area for someone to choose to go here, spend their money, and put up with the horrible attitudes. Never again.
