They successfully messed up 3 cuts at once. Nicked both of my 2 year olds ears. Uneven cut on my oldests. And did a horrible fade for me.  (Looks like they forgot a fade was needed and used 1 guard size all around.) I did leave a courtesy tip. But they seemed wait to involved fighting over the proper commission split, in front of us, to even deal with it. We will definitely be going else where in the future.

They told me it would be 20 minutes so I patiently did some shopping came back 15 minutes later. A HOUR later as she's eating popcorn I finally canceled my appointment.

They messed my hair up completely. I am posting under my husband name. But my hair was past my waste. Beautiful hair at that. I was so scared to get my hair cut and now I know why. And these people refused to fix it and I got a bob. I still want to cry and this was rite after Christmas 2016. There is a black girl with glasses she's 21 I forgot her name but she screwed my hair up so bad. Please think before you go here. Worst place everrrrr. I rate them a negative 0. I wish I could post pics.
