Super impressed with the customer service, level of professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail paid to my car after hitting a deer and doing a number to the front of my Subaru Forester. Unfortunately, a collision center isn't the kind of place you want to frequent, but if I ever get in another accident, you can bet I'll be taking my car back here. Because the final bill was less than I thought, I'm using the money saved to have the inside detailed so it looks as amazing as the outside, and even the detailer was impressed by the quality of work. Carlos and his team were amazing; never once did I worry. Thank you for your honest and transparent process!

OK, here goes. 7 AM on June 30 I was planning to leave on a trip. Part business, part leisure, with my son and daughter-in-law and two grandkids. Reservations had been made and I was literally heading home to pack the car when around 4:30 pm the night before I was rear ended by an suv who was doing 25 mph and did not apply his breaks at all. The damage was extensive. My car was brand new, 9 months off the lot. Less than 10,000 miles. To say I was bummed is an understatement. 10,000 worth of damage when all was said and done. I was literally at the rental agency 15 minutes before they closed finalizing a car rental for the early morning trip. So I asked them if they knew a really good auto body shop. They recommended OCC, which is less than a mile from my house. With few options at 6:15 pm, and OCC being closed I dropped the car off and slipped the keys through the key slot. While I was driving the next day I called and let them know what had happened. It was a downer to hear they were two weeks out. What to do? My insurance company was already in the process of cutting a check. Fast, yea, so what the hell. Bottom line, it took a lot longer than I expected it for the work to get done. I was in a rental for two months while they put it back together. It was frustrating, but then, what do I know? I have no idea how much work it takes to put a car back together after the damage that was done. To their credit, they waived the deductible and helped me with my rental over what the insurance didn't cover. Carlos was an understanding guy and professional. When I got my car back I was amazed at how it looked! It was like it had been just driven off the lot. No aftermarket parts, immaculate paint job and everything was done perfectly! In the end, due to how new my car was and the damage that was done, I am very happy with how it turned out! I give Carlos and Patience an A+, very happy with the results!

Carlos and his TEAM are super fun to work with, and very prompt with their service. They handled everything professionally and communicated with me through the entire process. They treated me like a king, and made sure I had no questions.

Excellent customer service and response to what repair work was needed and which was finished in a very timely and professional manner, a job well done. Would highly recommend!!!!!!
