We bought our envoy back in 2005. I've enjoyed it immensely and love the service they provide! I've gone into the Portland store and have spoken with them on the phone and they are fabulous! Moving and hoping to sell mine cause I have no where to put it. And they might even be able to help me with that! Thank you so much Oregon Hot Springs Spas!

We got a hottub 6 months ago and being a first time user, Dale has helped me out plenty of times and answered all of my questions. Oregon hottub costumer service is amazing and i recommend it to anyone who wants to get a hottub from a local reputable company. They delivered the tub in 2 Days and gave me a starter kit that lasted me 6 months while enjoying the hottub 2-3 times per week.

We had them come out to service our old hot tub and They replaced the heater. over the next year we didn't use the hot tub often because it didn't seem to work right and we were very busy. I discovered that the seal on the pump was improperly reinstalled so we were leaking a lot of water. We also found the new heater leads grounded to the control box causing a short and some arcing. I expect better service for the amount of money we paid.
