Don’t do makeup from them I swear the makeup artist failed so badly! First she did not prime my face I had to ask her to do that and she wiped my foundation with a towel. Then she did not wet the beauty blender very unhygienic. She drew my eyebrows horribly in with a black eyeshadow and when I asked her to fix it she put some counselor over it and it felt very cakey! I then asked her to stop. She charges 500QR per person even though she is unprofessional and other places who do high quality and licensed makeup charge it for 200. I wanted to cry because it was my cousins engagement but I thankfully found another place to do my makeup. ALSO she wasn’t the ‘makeup artist’ of the salon because when I asked to do my makeup she said that the makeup artist is not hear today but she will do something! One last thing: when I asked her to wipe my face she used a dry makeup wipe and told me to do it myself! Disgusting, rude and unprofessional please don’t waste your money!

Went for a protein hair treatment 600QAR from QGrabs the voucher had an option of 3 protein treatments and hair stylist couldn’t advise me as to which one is the best for my hair so I just chose a random one. Then whilst washing my hair she started with freezing cold water on my scalp and when I protested I was told it will warm up soon. Whilst washing my hair she got water all over my face which has NEVER happened in all my experiences at salons. She then started to brush my curly hair from the top down breaking my hair so I had to tell her to brush from the bottom up so as to not break my hair. When blow drying my hair she was very disregarding of my comfort and seemed irritated my by flinching when she was burning me. When straightening my hair it was the same and she repeatedly banged the flat iron against my head. Not friendly at all - only engaging in conversation when she wanted to sell me products. I don’t know if this bad costumer service was because I am a customer from Qgrabs so not their regular clientele or if the hair service is just that terrible. Regardless I will definitely not be returning.

This saloon is excellent service specially the staff all of them is very warming how to treat you good job.
