I rented with them in the past and everything was fine, but I won't do it again.  I booked a second rental with them and had to cancel.  I had already paid the full amount ($1,355.00) and knew that I wouldn't receive a full refund but did expect a timely refund, since I was required to pay them in a timely manner.  The property was re-rented so my obligation was fulfilled and I should have received a prompt refund.  After three weeks of emailing back and forth with one of the agents, I finally called to be told that I would not receive a refund until after the rental dates had passed!?  Made no sense to me, they have a new contract with someone else so if the new people don't show up then it's on them.  They still refused to grant me a refund until after the rental dates had passed.  Very poor customer service, will not use them again.

Was a great experience. The staff was very helpful the one time we needed help and the views were fantastic. Pricing was really good as well.

Probably decent house, bad rental agency.
