Butcher! I asked for a little trim for the health of my hair while I grow it out. I even said that I was growing out layers and that it was taking a long time - two years. 
A scissor-happy stylist gave me a ton of layers. She was so happy to cut, cut, cut the style that she wanted instead of what I wanted. I was shocked to see the back of my hair. There is a  12-inch difference between layers. 
I now have to start all over. 

I know that I need to learn Spanish, but "little trim,” the gesture with fingers that mimics "small," and my explanation that I only wanted the ends trimmed should have been enough. 
I can't even look at my hair without crying.

I noticed that the stylist who chopped my hair has left a review as well. I wonder how many other VNA Paris employees have posted here...

This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had. First of all it was way over priced, they did not know what they were doing and my toes look awful. 

The massage part of the pedicure chairs is broken. They let the water get super cold. 
The girl did not know anything about how to do French polish.. she used a very pink color and the white did not show up at all. 

There was nothing satisfying about this place, I do not recommend at all.

Great experience at this salon and very welcoming. Totally recommend it. The location is great too because there is a parking garage across from them so you don't have to worry on finding parking on the street on busy traffic days.
They are very professional and friendly. I did my eyebrows and hair and couldn't be any happier with the result, the staff is great. Definitely coming back to VNA Paris. It is worth it

I came to VNA to have my hair color done  and remove my extensions. What a great experience! Totally recommend this place. My stylist Sasha was the best and the staff was super kind and treated me like a queen!

Loved it! My facial was so relaxing, enjoyed every minute of it. My skin feels and looks great! Very relaxed atmosphere to relax and get some me time. Very friendly feel, low key and upscale at the same time.
