I liked nothing. I feel I could have done my own facial better and cheaper. Would never recommend this place. Besides the fact the person did not speak or understand English.

No one speaks English. The wax lady did a great job, but it hurt like #*&@ because they use Argentinian wax - hotter than usual. When I went to pay with my Groupon they tried to tell me that they had no idea there was a groupon for it and she tried to charge me on top of my groupon package - it was very unprofessional.

I purchased a voucher from living social for a mani/pedi to be used at this salon.Appointment was made for 10am on a Saturday.The address on the voucher was 5855 Lyons Rd..As I was driving to the location,I called the salon to get an approximate idea of the location.I was given a landmark in the area by lady who answered phone at salon. I had some difficulity finding the address because it turned out that the actual physical address to the salon is 5869 Lyons RD., which was different from the address on the voucher for the salon.Because of this,I was 12 minutes late.I showed the lady at the front desk the voucher to verify that I was at the right location,again being that the address was different.She said I was at the right place,but she would not be able to render the services that I paid for because I was more than 10 minutes late.I explained that not only had I called for directions but the address on the voucher was incorrect therefor making me alittle late.She would not make any exceptions and told me she could not help me,even though it was obivious that my late arrival was not intentional.Not only did I not receive the services I had paid for,when I got home and contacted livingsocial for a refund,the employee from Organica had redeemed my voucher as services done.With the help of livingsocial I was able to get my money back.The experience in dealing with this business was awful.I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
