This place is worth the 5 stars. As soon as my group came in we were greeted by very friendly servers, and only waited about two minutes for seating. They asked for our meal, and took our order without confusion. Within 5 minutes we had our rice, 4 plates of mest, sides, and water. Forgot to add, they made sure we were clear on what we are ordering, and went out of their way to do so. Throughout the meal the servers continually checked on us to ask if we needed anything more, and if everything was fine. At the end of the meal we went to the front, and they showed us how to pay no questions asked. And as a bonus, at payment you get a free lollipop :). All in all this is a great restaurant, I will definitely return.

This family run restaurant uses recipes handed down for generations and always makes everything from scratch while maintaining prices on par (or under) those of other Korean restaurants. Be sure to bring an appetite as even their smaller dishes are substantial. I've been going there for years and never been disappointed.

Probably the WORST we have ever been treated at any kind of restaurant! Brought my girlfriend and her family here for mother's day 2017. Keep in mind we've been coming to this place for years. Brought many family and friends here ever since they opened. Here are a few key takeaways from our experience yesterday: -We told the host BEFORE we sat down that 5 of the 6 in the party were going to be participating in the All you can eat BBQ option because one in our party is vegetarian. He said ok, and sat us at one of the grilling tables. -First server comes up our veggie-only orders her soup, then everyone else begins to order the All-You-Can-Eat BBQ then she explains it's their policy that everyone in the party has to order the BBQ or they cannot serve us: Okay, no problem we tell her to come back a little later because we have to decide on what to order now that we can no longer participate in the all-you-can-eat BBQ. -In the span of 5-10 minutes they sent 5 different servers to ask if we were ready to order....we told all of them we were not ready as we needed to change all of our decisions. We were in the process of deciding on what BBQ combo to order since we could not participate in the all-you-can-eat. -On the last attempt to get us to order, one of the elderly woman server asked us "If we are ready to order" we replied no, we are still deciding (please still keep in mind this was still about 7 minutes from the time they said we couldn't do the All you can eat BBQ option). She then rudely responded "WELL WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER BBQ OR NOT BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ORDER WE HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR THE BBQ TABLE." Basically giving us an option to order now or leave. Completely shocked by this, we got up and said we are going to leave after being treated like this and her reply was "OK BYE!". Great customer service. I then went up to talk to the young lady who spoke the best english, who recognized myself and my girlfriend from eating their many times.I calmly explained to her what just happened and instead of diffusing the situation and trying to make the customer happy, the older lady once again came up to me and tried telling me I'm putting words in her mouth and that I am a liar. Really disappointed, as my family and I have been coming here for years but this will be the last time we go here! Completely understand the circumstances of Mother's Day and being busy, but to tell us to either order or leave under 10 minutes of trying to decide is unacceptable! DO NOT BRING THIS PLACE BUSINESS!!!!

The food was decent but the service wasn't great. The all-you-can-eat option is a pretty good deal if you can handle that much protein. Try the intestines...if you dare. They're squishy and chewy.
