I shop at a lot of different Ace Hardware stores. This one is my favorite one to shop at in the country. You get the same excellent service, whether you are there to buy $1000.00 worth of Stihl equipment or someone takes 10 minutes of their time to help you locate a 20 cent bolt. This is a very well managed and staffed store. The inventory has a great selection, even the fishing section is nice and rotates stock regularly.A military discount is offered ( Some Aces don't do this) The staff has too many stars to try and list them but they all seem to go above and beyond.

This Ace store is always a pleasure to shop at. It is clean, well stocked, and well staffed. Further, the staff is friendly, and most important, knowledgeable.  The parking lot is in back and fairly tight, but it is still far more convenient and enjoyable than going to a big box store.  Poor parking is the trade-off of having a store so close to downtown, and for those of us who live close, it is a huge convenience.  And despite the limited parking, the store itself is large and the only thing missing from other stores is full lawnmower repair.  Fortunately the Conway store is not far and can handle these jobs.

Chris, and more recently (tonight), Dan helped me out. He had me chuckling and joking around about the plumbing project I was taking care of. They both have great knowledge and are genuinely Good Guys. This is why I shop at Ace. Thanks, guys!
