Wanted to thank the staff at this ace! They are working long hours and they are still in a good mood and happy to help! Special shout out to Roberto(I think his name is, he seemed to have blue/gray eyes and really curly hair and thin and tall) he was incredible helpful in knowledgeable about where everything was it made it super easy to get my last minute hurricane supplies! But overall every one did a great a job by getting the line moving and the cash register people were quick about checking every one out quickly

I justcame tp the Ace Hardware of colonial and curryford and ihave a product for sale one ebay. An attachment for the product was ruined and Roberto the maneger came to my aid 5 min doto closing as did his 2 emplyees Trish, and i forgot the name of the 3rd but it was the night shift on the night of Feb 12th. Due to the outstanding work and Robertos commitment to make sure i left happy him and his team found the part that i could not find at any other store made me so impressed tjat i will always come here and never again go to a huge store wher i am always told they dont work that area and refere me to anpther employe who then referrers me to another employee. I am now outside amd the store is closed but regardless i was helpes and wamt to thank the night shift of Feb 12th. Thank u so mich i willmever go elsewhere

Best customer service in the world Roberto who's been there for 2 years outstanding. Seems like he's the only one that knows what he's doing everybody kept asking him what to do call him to go over there to go over there. Again Roberto thank you very much for my copy of my key you've been great help keep rocking it.

Very clean store and the staff is great. 2 days after Hurricane Irma they had propane available. Thank you for having what I needed, when nobody else did. I watched employee Lori help a lady with batteries and lights that would have been helpless without her help, and sitting in the dark tonight.

My husband and I waited at the help desk in the paint department in front of all the registers for help for over 10 minutes with no one offering assistance. Sales representatives walked right past us multiple times to no avail . We finally put our items down and walked out. Not really the helpful hardware place they advertise on TV.
