Good room for a great price! It's perfect for crashing and hitting the theme parks. I dont know why people are complaining, I saw no bugs. Most people that travel bring own pillows, own towels and extra blanket. Just travel smart.  They do not have towels but I brought my own. Customer service was fantastic! Better than most 4 star places! Very nice staff!

One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever been at! Before I complain I need to say that Crystal ( front desk ) was exceptional!!!! And the manager ( Maria ) was exceptional as well. They seen an issue and immediately tried to fix it they didn’t try and argue or go against what you were saying. 

Now! The first night I woke up at 3AM to find the bathroom INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!! This is where crystal stepped in and changed my room. So the second night I wake up with BED BUG BITES!!!! This is where I was done. I was traveling with my son and his friend so two little kids and I was extremely frightening because I’ve never incountered bed bugs. But Maria ( manager ) she offered a solution to my problem. It doesn’t take away from the fact that I had a horrible trip, but it does help to know that the staff were beyond helpful and willing to help as well.

This place is dirty, like a crack house. I wouldn’t let a stray cat sleep in one of their rooms. Don’t walk away from there, run. They are making me give a star rating and I will put one just to get my review posted. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1🤬

Workers were working on our door when we walked up to the room . Bathroom smelled like an ashtray like someone was chain smoking in there. A pair of woman's dirty underwear hanging from the shower rod. Saw probably 3 roaches in the room. A/C barely worked . No WiFi, they want you to pay for it . TV only had like 5 channels. Trash all through the halls. The elevator door wouldn't open on floor 3 . Will NEVER be coming back. There are plenty of better options in Orlando. These people do not simply care about there rooms. Pathetic business.

Had the worst lodging experience ever with this “resort”. And I say resort loosely. First it started by us being booked with a lower tier room than I paid for, first red flag. When I went down to concierge to explain this they tell me that the boss isn’t there and that I would have to come back the next day. Strike 2. I proceed to come back the next day and again am told the same thing but to come back at 3pm. At this point I believe they are avoiding me seeing the manager. I come back again at 3pm and am met with a similar excuse but that the manager is running late so I force their hand and demand a room change because the one I paid for is twice the amount I’m staying in. They proceed to accommodate this request but unbeknownst to me I was booked in the same tier room a couple doors down. Bows here’s the kicker, this new room is INFESTED WITH ROACHES! I’m not even kidding, roaches everywhere. How does something like this happen at supposedly a resort style hotel (which it is not by the way). I was so disappointed in this experience I requested a refund for my stay seeing that I did not receive the room that I paid for. I never got a straight answer and had to resort to contacting my bank with the photos to file a claim. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE AND I ADVISE THE SAME FOR ANYONE ELSE CONSIDERING.
