I called almost every RV dealer in Central and South Florida trying to find the right Toy Hauler for our family in our price range.  When I went to Orlando RV's site to inquire, Marissa called me almost immediately.  She was so sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel confident that my search was over.  She asked what specifications we were looking for and I told her.  She sent me pictures and info on the trailers she thought would best fit our needs based on my description.  We picked one out immediately, and our search was finally over after weeks of searching!  We are so happy with our purchase, and the ease of it all.  We live in Miami so had to travel to pick it up and do paperwork but it was well worth it for the customer service we received.  Every step was a breeze and I recommend them 100 times over.  Other dealers answered questions about certain trailers I would call on, but Marissa basically did my shopping for me.  It was amazing.  Flawless.  Sebastian in the finance dept was fantastic as well.  Always calling me back when he said he would and answering all my questions perfectly and promptly.  They have my highest gratitude for what they accomplished for my family and I am so grateful for them.  Thank you!

I just purchased a Airstream Bambi last week and I love it! I was lucky enough to get Andrey Medeiros, Airstream tech, to do my walk through and official tour. I do not think this process is supposed to take hours but with Andrey he took his time to explain everything and did not rush me at all. He answered every question I had and explained many technical things because he is an expert and repairs Airstreams normally.  He took time to take photos as well which was really nice. I even called the following week with additional questions which he answered right away. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful! Thanks again for making my Airstream experience so nice!

Refused to submit warranty claims. I had to go to the manufacturer. Refused to set service appointment after warranty service was approved. Don't expect a good experience with this company.

Orlando RV, There was a gentleman there showing my mother-in-law, pop's and myself there new travel trailer. Mr Chester he was great new the product inside and out also made a few suggestions which my mother really appreciated. My pop's asked if he knew anything about coaches he stated he did a little bit he asked him about his realm he had bought in Texas. I think Chester was just being modest. Chester knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to help my pops determine the issues that he is having with the realm. I will definitely be buying my next Rv from Orlando RV. Thank a million Chester
