Be careful when you want to move out. Their rule is a vacant letter within 30 days at the first of each month before you can transfer ownership, if you fail to do that you will ended up losing your deposit. We ended up losing 1 month of rent. In this place nothing call under management, they seemly sitting in their office and tell the people who fed them every month what to do and they don't ever hesitate to bring your case to their lawyer and they will meet you in court anytime if you do something they call violate to their own rule... come on people is that really call your home?

office closed always. ..just to collect rent..not resolve or deal with issues..safety on low edge..very low..

Thief come every night try to break your house, everyone have to put plywood to cover their back windows. Office's staff picky about the yard, the grass and pets but security. For the covenient of the thief to withdrawal if someone saw them, they even made a "mix up trash & garbage" near the fence to climb up easier and faster.

Good enough.  Wish we could add movable fences for our pets.  Hate all the stray cats and ducks.

Don't live here, it is a horrible place to live. The office staff is mean and they charge to much money for water and rent. Moved out!
