Absolute worst car wash job today!! It doesn't even look like they vacuumed the inside and there was very obvious dirt left on the exterior! They've never done a great job but usually pretty good, today was a serious low! I can't believe I paid money for this!

friendly staff. it was pretty busy when i got there and it took exactly an hour for my oil change and car wash (free wash with oil change). i was very pleased with everything. i will definitely go there again.

The worst car wash in my life. They like to look in your stuff and then drive like crazy my truck.I don't recommend this place.

Mon - Thurs they have the early bird special from 8-10 and happy hour 4-6. The coupons found at Ralphs (your receipt) are great deals. People are kind and hard working. The only times it's not open during regular hours are on HOLIDAYS. If you have any real issues the staff is happy to help.

Today monday November 28th I took my car to Ortega Carwash and they  Either stole or vaccumed up a piece that was an insert in the console of my Hyundai, they proceeded to tell me They would look for it in vaccum collection & took my ph #, how could  someone suck up an item as big as a pill bottle & not know it, seriously black rubber insert just disappeared, they didn't even offer me Free carwashes, crappy vaccum job
