Hands down the best physical therapy group I have ever encountered. They were referred to me by a friend who is connected with all top physicians. Due to a nasty leg break, I had not been able to walk - even with prior physical therapy from another group. With Orthosport, I am walking without a cane, crutches, boot, etc.!!! Other physical therapists put me on weight machines with an aide. This group has you with ONE TRAINED therapist working on just you for about an hour and a half! They also explain what they are doing in a manner that actually makes sense. I have never had a problem missing an appointment - I use a calendar. It is always clean and organized. Another reviewer made comment of the fact that it is one big room with everything in there. Not really. The main room does have a lot of physical therapy needs in it - just like all physical therapy centers do - but it also has 3 other rooms that are for people that have privacy needs. I cannot say enough good things about my therapist Jeremy and the staff at Othosport - they have given me my life back!

For one, they charge $100 for missed appointments which is unheard of. Things happen and sometimes u miss an apt and mostly places charge $30-$40 which is reasonable but these guys charge too much. Also they do not call/email reminders about appts at all so if u've set up an apt a month ago there is nothing to remind u of that (i do understand it is the patients responsibility to remember but almost every place u make an apt these days call or email reminders). The place is also not superly clean or organized, one big room with everything in there....
