Story

CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC is a community based physical therapy and wellness practice committed to providing quality comprehensive rehabilitation services to all our patients. Since 2003 we have provided physical therapy treatment for orthopedic injuries, workplace injuries, and motor vehicle injuries to name a few.

CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC. was started by Dr. Carlos A. Martinez in 2003 with one location, Hyattsville. Having a previously establish reputation within the medical community and industrial rehabilitation industry, word quickly spread of CAM’s quality services and demand grew. In 2009, CAM grew by 2 more facilities. Locations in Laurel and Glenn Dale/Bowie were added with the goal of enhancing the patient experience within a wider area of Prince George’s County.

This place is great...Everyone here was pleasant to deal with. Diana is great at getting you scheduled and seen right away. Pam is awesome; fun to work with and loves what she does. Overall the Laurel office has a friendly, and positive atmosphere...they truly listen and help you deal with your pain. Flexible hours. Open work out gym but well managed. Highly recommended.

I encourage anyone to go here without hesitation. My experience will be remembered forever; every employee makes it their top priority to make all individuals feel like family while also making your sessions personalized. Hands down best therapy center I’ve ever visited! Forever grateful.

I'm a 27yr old male and I started going to C.P.T around two months ago, I had a terrible herniated disk that caused my right foot to have "drop foot" witch means it was basically paralyzed and thought my only option was surgery. When a friend that was a current patient recommended them, I gave it a shot not knowing what I would get out of it. It was hands down one of the best decisions I've made in my life. My drop foot is completely gone and I am finally back to my self again after more than a year, the staff is incredible and you can tell they all really care.i definitely highly recommend them. I can't put into words how happy I am that I made the decision to go there, thank you especially to Pam and all the staff.-Noel C.

My name is Stella. Today I accomplished a long journey (achillies tendon rupture). Because of a great group of professionals on every level. August 2016 I started off helpless and hopeless. Dianna, Pam, Narali and Justina (student) helped encourage me not to give up. Six weeks ago I started the Work Hardening Program. I really didn't think I needed it. Boy was I so wrong!!! After the the 3rd day my body was convinced that it was not ready for full work duties. This program help strengthen my entire body from head to toe. I would definitely recommend this program. Thank you Daniel for your guidance and patience with me. I can go on and on. There are so many positive things to brag about at the Laurel location from the front desk , to the Therapist, to all the staff behind the scenes in the offices and of course the owner Carlos. You guys tip the charts!!!!

You will have no regrets!!! If you are looking for a great physical therapist, please visit CAM PT Laurel office. From the front desk to the physical therapist is exceptional. I came in and Pam, the physical therapist knew exactly what my shoulder issue was and what I needed to do to get it better. She explained my diagnosis depth, went over my recovery plan and I am currently at 90% from 0%. I couldn't lift my arm, drive, comb my hair etc. and now I can. I have no doubt that she will get me to 💯 %
