This is my son's computer, so I am using it today for my review of the main hospital and Dr. Poulter!!!  Firstly, my family and I have been through several major operations (they supported me in) and this is the first time we have ever had a Chaplain come into our room and pray with us before the surgery!!!  I knew at that point all would be well.  

The PA, Nursing Staff, and Dr. Poulter were all completely engaged with my family and I pre-surgery.  We knew exactly what to expect, what surgery was going to consist of, and that we would be taken care of.  Again, we knew it would be well.

Wheeled into the surgery suite, a great, open, caring conversation took place.  The  surgery staff all introduced themselves,  held my hand and off to sleep I went.  Caring surge suite!  All went well.

Recovery staff was attentive and had me with my family within an hour or so.  Dr. Pouter explained my procedure to my family and answered their questions.  All was well!

I am greatly pleased with Ortho Indy!  My micro discetcomy (sp) was a success and I am  pain free with a wonderful experience to accompany it.  I am impressed with the precision and care of Ortho Indy and recommend Dr. Poulter for spine surgery!!!

I love orthoIndy northwest. I had foot surgery there last month and everyone was very professional and helpful.  My surgery went smoothly and very little discomfort afterwards.  I highly recommend this hospital and staff

Dr. Kevin Sigua''s manners not the best.  Cranked on my neck to try to diagnosis my issue, but still ultimately needed an MRI.  Why put me in pain when there's no useful info obtained.   Office manners are horrible.  Run around switching to different departments.  Charges are very high compared to other local places.  Ultimately, did not have MRI at OrthoIndy, since they would charge double what NorthWest Radiology would charge.  OrthoIndy also charged me additional $20 to get my own results of my MRI.  Never will go back.

I have spent many days here and they are the best around. I was well cared for. All my needs was well taken care off.

I'm pleased with the doctors and most staff, however the nurses and techs could be a bit more understanding and kind. Over all I'm pleased with my care after a fusion (day 1)
