Dr. William Raasch is simply The Best. He repaired my labrum which had a 300° tear out of a 360° socket. I was impressed with the recovery time (  i had full range motion within weeks ) . He is currently monitoring another issue with a half torn rotator cuff im dealing with that does Not require surgery yet, but may if it tears completely.  He is friendly , to the Point , and xtreemly honest and professional.  I would never consider seeing any other ortho as long as Dr. Raasch practices here in SE Wisconsin.  The staff and the girls in the office are just as good.
