Waited over 2 hours to see physician assistant. Not even the doctor. I been there 6 times total for same problem and I seen him 1 time. They told me physical therapy would help it. So I go back do physical therapy doesn't help my knee. So I go back to O.I.O. they tell me more physical therapy. They keep beating a dead horse. Then they cancel my appointment 5 hours before it. If I would cancel 5 hours before it j would get charged. I guess I will go one more time and if they don't figure out I will go down to beacon orthopedic in Cincy.

I have been coming to OIO since 2009. I have had major surgery on my right hand ( Dr. Sam Patel ). Injections in my knees, shoulder, surgery for a torn rotator cuff (Dr. Misson ), and just today, injections in my mid right foot for arthritis ( Dr. Briggs ). Every time I have been, I have been treated with compation, care and kindness. My issues have all been helped and pain managed to various degrees, to the best possible outcome. I have been recommending OIO for years now. For as long as I live in Ohio we will continue to come to OIO for orthopedic needs.

I would not recommend this place too anyone!!!!!! I rolled my ankle very bad last year and had lots of bruising and swelling. Came to this place and the process was so rushed that I have to get surgery for it almost a year later. Due to them never offering me physical therapy or at least a follow up appointment. And since I had a balance from my previous appointment they refused to even see me any more even after I offered to pay some money up front!!!!! They only care about money!!!!!!!

I fell through my mother garage.... attic I guess you'd say. Shattered my heel and I have some fractures through out my foot. Well I have had a very bad experience here with one of the doctors for my spine (Dr. St Clair) and I was really hesitant about coming back. Well this time I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Briggs and his team and let me tell you.... They... Are... Amazing! Not once did my questions not get answered nor brushed off. His team was so amazing and sweet. I'm 28 years old and I'm a big baby when it comes to pain and they never once made me feel unwelcome nor "stupid". I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Briggs and his team! A million times over!!
