Some Of The Services We Offer
Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN/IMS)
A relieving treatment for muscular tightness and spasm which commonly follows injuries, degenerative process, stress and over use of muscles. Muscular tightness and spasm can cause compression and irritation of nerves exiting the spine. When nerves are irritated, they cause a protective spasm of the muscles to which they are connected. This may cause peripheral diagnoses such as tendonitis, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel, sciatica, decreased mobility and chronic pain. Small, thin needles are inserted into the muscle at the knots, known as trigger points, which are causing the pain referral. Because the needles are so thin the patient often does not feel the needle go in, but will quickly feel the relief of the muscle relaxing. The patient typically notices immediate increased flexibility of the muscle and a decrease in symptoms.

Schroth 3 dimensional Scoliosis Therapy
The system of exercises for scoliosis was developed in the 1920s by Katharina Schroth (1894-1985), and further developed by her daughter Christa Lehnert-Schroth. By the 1960s, the Schroth Method had become the standard non-surgical treatment for scoliosis in Germany. Schroth treatment is currently supported in Germany by the federal health insurance system, and German orthopedic surgeons routinely refer patients for Schroth scoliosis exercise therapy.
The Schroth is a physical therapy treatment system which uses isometric and other exercises to strengthen or lengthen asymmetrical muscles in a scoliotic body. It also utilizes corrective scoliotic posture and breathing techniques to help correct the scoliotic curves.
Its goals are to halt progression of abnormal spinal curvature, and in the best case to reverse the curves.
Selective Functional Movement Assesment
SFMA (Selective functional movement assessment) is a comprehensive assessment used to classify movement patterns and direct manual therapy and therapeutic interventions.
Y Balance Test
Is an easy way to test a person's risk for injury as well as demonstrate functional symmetry.
Great injury risk assessment to see if you are ready to get back in the game.

Dynamic Taping
Dynamic Tape is a unique, strongly elastic tape developed by an Australian Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist which is used in the treatment of many sporting, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Dynamic Tape allows the wearer to move through full range of motion without limitation but with strong biomechanical assistance. Dynamic Tape can strongly assist or resist movement, facilitate or inhibit and offload tissue through full range of motion. This is only possible due to the highly elastic nature and four way stretch necessary when taping multi joint muscles or movements and performing complex, three-dimensional skills.

Non Surgical Spinal Decompression - Triton DTS
Nonsurgical spinal decompression is a type of traction that can help relieve back pain, neck pain and numbness/tingling. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine which changes the force and position of the spine. This will take pressure off the spinal discs, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine. Negative pressure from this therapy may cause retraction of the bulging or herniated discs. That can take pressure off the nerves and other structures in your spine. This in turn, helps promote movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the discs so they can heal.
